Your Responsibilities
As a Direct Sales Representative, you will:
- Use door-to-door sales and prospecting strategies to generate new leads
- Engage with customers to understand their pest concerns and offer tailored extermination solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate records
- Establish long-term customer relationships and build residual income from recurring contracts
Who We’re Looking For
We seek driven, customer-focused professionals who:
- Have proven sales success, with pest control experience as a plus
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
- Are self-motivated, ambitious, and excel in a competitive sales environment
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)
- Have experience in technical sales (preferred but not required)
Job Requirements
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Sarasota, FL, and surrounding areas
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent
- Valid driver’s license (no more than two moving violations in the past three years, no DUI/DWI in the past seven years)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
